This Privacy Policy Document (hereinafter referred to as ‘document’) is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and Rules and regulations made there under as applicable from time to time. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Contact information

While filling the contact form online on our website, we ask our visitors/ clients to enter their name and email id, which we keep confidential to contact them later on to discuss about our services. We use google recaptcha, to identify the good traffic and stop bad bots while submitting the information on contact form. In further discussion with our visitors, those who want to consider our services we might ask them about their phone number, age, school name, class in case of students and for elders/ working people their company name, designation, job profile etc. The information and data we gathered are strictly confidential and will be used for our record and service purpose only. For career assessment, we use test developed by career development organization. For accessing that, our clients will need to enter their personal information like Name, email id, Phone Number, School Name, Marks, Parents Information like Name, Designation etc on the assessment dashboard. We don’t share/ sell this information with others; it is required for record and service purpose only. Our clients can also check the privacy policy followed by any assessment organization that we use for our services before beginning the assessment.

Comments

At present our comments section is kept off, if needed we will keep it open in future subject to following terms and conditions:

When visitors/clients leave their comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

We will only share your information with our business partners like career assessment developer or with our career counsellor’s or trainer’s or coach who will help us to improve our service and if it is beneficial for the client as per the service chosen. Our business partners use the information we give them as described in their privacy policies.

We may require to give some information of the client as per the service chosen to the Career Counselling/Career Coaching/Life Coaching Certification Authority in order to assess the quality of our career counsellors or coach or trainer. It is also used for Professional Development / Continuing Education / Accreditation / Reaccreditation purpose. Privacy of clients is strictly maintained by them.

We may share information, if we think we have to in order to comply with the law or to protect ourselves. We will share information to respond to a court order or subpoena. We may also share it if a government agency or investigatory body requests. Or, we might also share information when we are investigating potential fraud.

We share the name, photo and other general information about clients by taking their permission for testimonial or case study purpose for writing on our website.

Otherwise, we do not share your personal information with any individual or organization.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata (data about data) are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For visitors/clients that register on our website (if any), (“users”) we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Even if you opt out of getting marketing messages, we will still be sending you transactional messages through email about your services.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute or disagreement shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by the officials of FURTHERISE duly authorised in this behalf. If the dispute is not resolved amicably, then it shall be referred to and resolved by arbitration. Arbitration for resolutions of such disputes shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The venue of such arbitration shall be at Navi Mumbai. If matter is not resolved by the arbitration then the dispute shall be referred to and decided by the court of competent jurisdiction at Navi Mumbai.

Limitation of Liability:

Furtherise does not extend any limited or unlimited, express or implied warranty or warranties in respect of advertisements appearing in the newspapers, any referrals and other services. The Furtherise will not entertain any warranty or condition and expressly disclaims infringement of rights of the electronic record documents of visitors , if any, pertaining to merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose and to that extent any advertisement, link and any search result must not be constructive as forming a part of the companies, business and or affairs. The Furtherise shall not own any responsibility and/or liability in connection with links and search result. The company shall not be responsible or liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damage of any kind whatsoever including without limitation attorney’s fees, in any ways due to resulting from and/or arising in connection with services, materials or the failure of Furtherise to perform its obligations, regardless of any negligence, save and except as otherwise provided the services and materials are provided on an as is where is and as per availability basis and the provider of services and the third party supplier of materials expressly disclaims any warranty(s).
